Services

VitaLink provides telehealth medical consultations with board-certified healthcare providers. Our services are available 24/7 in FL, TX, OK, OR, GA, CO, NY, DC, WA, and NM. Services include urgent care, primary care, STD testing, men's and women's health, medical weight loss, prescription management, and lab work.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and located in one of our licensed states at the time of your visit. You must provide accurate personal and medical information. VitaLink is not a substitute for emergency medical care — if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Fees & Payment

Most VitaLink visits are $75 flat. Medical weight loss visits are $99. No insurance is required. Payment is collected via secure link sent by text message before your visit. All fees are clearly disclosed before you pay — no hidden charges, no surprise bills.

Prescriptions

Our providers may prescribe medications at their clinical discretion. Prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. Controlled substances are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Limitation of Liability

VitaLink provides telehealth consultations only. We are not an emergency service and do not replace in-person medical care when it is needed. Our providers exercise independent clinical judgment and are responsible for the care they provide.
