VitaLink.
Every year, millions of Americans skip or delay medical care — not because they don't need it, but because the process of getting it is broken. Long wait times. Surprise bills. Insurance requirements that exclude the people who need care most. Waiting rooms full of sick patients sitting for hours.
The telehealth industry promised to solve this. Most of it didn't. Messaging-only platforms replaced the waiting room with a chat box. Per-visit fees made every visit feel transactional. Complex apps created new barriers instead of removing old ones.
We founded VitaLink to do it differently. The entire VitaLink experience — booking, intake, payment, and the visit itself — happens through a series of text message links. No download, no login, no portal. Just your phone and a board-certified provider on the other side.
